How did Quazaar Development come to be?
I have seen in the last few years (2025/26) many companies adopting AI to do programming. It started with tools to help developers. But it quickly grew where companies started replacing their developers with AI agents. I worked for a company building websites for small companies to huge websites that most people see/use every day. Eventually, the company lost so much business to AI it had to downsize. Even looking for jobs after being left go, I saw companies using AI to screen resumes and even do interviews. With Quazaar Development, it is people that do the work.
What is our mission?
Our mission is to help the small businesses make their lives better and more present in a digital world. We are dedicated to help even the smallest of businesses without the big budgets. If a larger company is tired of the AI slop, we are here to give you access to real people doing real programming.
Who are we?
Currently, this is a new company. The entire work force is me. As we gain clients, I hope to hire people dedicated to helping small business. I would love to help younger people get into the industry and learn the ins and outs. I would love to have younger people learn how to use the older computer languages.
I moved into the area in the last year from Iowa but have been coming to the area many times a year for decades. Once my children got their lives going, I made the move the breath taking Black Hills. I have considered the Black Hills home since I first stepped into the hills. I just needed to make the move. I am dedicated to the area and the people. I want to make it the best it can be and expand it’s technology base.
